JetSMART inaugurates direct flights to Cartagena from Lima
JetSMART continues its expansion in South America with the inauguration this Thursday of direct flights to Cartagena from Lima (Peru). This new connection strengthens the airline’s presence in the region and gives travelers more options to explore Colombia.
The first flight to Cartagena, operated by an Airbus A320neo, departed from Jorge Chávez International Airport with 100% occupancy.
On December 12, the airline will also start its flights between Lima and Cúcuta, which will have three weekly frequencies.

With the start of operations to these two destinations, the airline now has six direct international routes from Peru, in line with its strategy to consolidate Lima as an important hub in South America.
